We are currently seeking a Scrum Master - ONSITE to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US). Day to Day Responsibilities: * Manage each project’s scope and timeline * Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups * Coach team members in Agile frameworks * Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration * Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) * Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests * Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur * Help teams implement changes effectively * Ensure deliverables are up to quality stand * Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity * Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it Basic Qualifications: * 5+ Years Experience in a scrum master role * 5+ Years of experience in software development * Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field Nice to have: * Scrum master certification is a plus Mentoring of junior team members. * SVN, Git, Gradle version control experience, Bitbucket * Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) * Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Scrum,Kanban) * Excellent communication and servant leadership skills * Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability * Outstanding organizational skills Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $78,948 - $164,476. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
