Northern Dutchess Hospital, part of Nuvance Health, has an excellent opportunity for a full-time board certified/eligible Gastroenterologist to see patients in our Kingston and Rhinebeck, New York offices with procedures performed at Northern Dutchess Hospital. Rhinebeck and Kingston are located along the scenic Hudson River 90 minutes north of New York City. There is a $75,000 sign-on bonus/retention package offered for full-time candidates plus relocation allowance. 

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including base salary plus incentives and allowances for CMEs and Dues expenses.

Our Gastroenterology practice is located on the Northern Dutchess Hospital Campus. Northern Dutchess Hospital (NDH) is an 84-bed acute care not-for-profit community hospital. NDH has an excellent medical staff, exceptional anesthesia, and 24/7 hospitalist coverage. The hospital has recently renovated operating rooms, a brand new, top-rated emergency department, and fully modernized patient care areas.

Rhinebeck and Kingston are part of one of the largest historic districts in the United States located along the scenic Hudson River. New York City culture can be found in a friendly, small town setting. The area offers a plethora of restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, as well as larger events at the Dutchess Country Fairgrounds. Outdoor enthusiasts will find great skiing, hiking, biking, fishing and boating nearby. We are seeking a candidate who desires to escape the hustle and bustle of big city living, while retaining access to top-rated restaurants, performing arts centers, museums, a variety of housing options, and highly rated school systems. Prestigious colleges and universities can be found throughout the area, including Vassar College, Marist College, SUNY New Paltz, and Bard College. New York City is easily accessible via Amtrak.

Compensation: $450,000-$650,000 annually, commensurate with experience
