Physical Therapist

O’Mally Management Group (OMG) is partnering with PT Concepts to recruit a growth-oriented Physical Therapist for a direct-hire opportunity in Longview, TX. This role is ideal for a clinician who wants to be part of a rapidly expanding, multidisciplinary clinic system with long-term growth potential.

Our client’s integrated model combines physical therapy and chiropractic care to provide comprehensive treatment for:

• Orthopedic & extremity injuries

• Spine conditions

• Post-operative rehabilitation

• Pain management

• Soft tissue recovery

You will treat a diverse and steady patient caseload alongside a collaborative team of providers — with the opportunity to grow clinically, professionally, and financially.

• →Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluations
• →Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• →Deliver active and passive rehabilitation therapies
• →Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
• →Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• →Collaborate with chiropractic, medical, and rehab staff
• →Refer patients to appropriate providers when indicated
• →Serve as a clinical leader for staff and within the community

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Professional, ethical patient care Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently
• Clear communication with patients and care teams
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continued learning

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or pending Texas Physical Therapist licensure
• Strong drive for professional and personal growth

• Ability to lift and assist up to 50+ lbs as part of patient rehabilitation
• Ability to demonstrate and support active and passive therapies
