• →Lead the design, architect, and manage network infrastructure that best supports business initiatives
• →Monitor network performance and recommend network changes and upgrades based on utilization
• →Collaborate with Technical Architects in network and other systems design
• →Provide assistance to Network Engineer team with escalated advanced network related troubleshooting issues
• →Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies/products/trends related to architectural solutions

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field or equivalent education and experience

Experience:

• A specialist on complex technical and business matters.
• 7+ years of network engineering expertise supporting 100+ site WAN and LAN environment
• Work is highly independent.
• May assume a team lead role for the work group.
• Typically requires 7+ years of related experience.
• 7+ years of experience with core, distribution, and access switching and routing technologies and datacenter technologies (e.g MPLS, vPC, Etherchannel, BGP, OSPF, policy based routing)
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies and WAN communications including TCP/IP (routing and subnetting), QoS, MPLS, IPSec, etc…
• Understanding of cross-functional/cross-domain requirements and impact
• Expertise in networking concepts
• Experience implementing and supporting SD-WAN environments
• Strong knowledge of Load Balancing and Global Server Load Balancing
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience supporting voice and video across the WAN
• Experience using Visio or other tools for documentation
• Strong organization and analytical skills
• Detail oriented
