About the Role

We are seeking a Software Engineer/Back end Engineer to join our Core Backend Team, focusing on the [SSP/DSP]. This role is oriented backend and involves building and maintaining distributed systems at scale.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions and ensure the reliability and stability of our platform.

Work on hard engineering problems that matter at scale — you'll be designing and optimizing distributed systems powering high-volume, low-latency ad auctions, where the technical challenges are real and your architectural decisions will have direct, measurable impact.

Collaborate with a cross-functional team that values your voice — from WebExperience and InApp to DevOps and Product, you'll work across disciplines and have a genuine seat at the table in shaping long-term technical direction.

Grow in a modern, well-instrumented stack — with Go, Kubernetes, Kafka, AWS, and best-in-class observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus, you'll be working in an environment built for engineering excellence — and if AdTech is new to you, we'll help you ramp up fast.

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go

Build and optimize distributed systems to support high-volume, low-latency auctions.

Collaborate with stakeholders including WebExperience (ad rendering and performance), InApp, DevOps, and Product teams.

Ensure reliability and stability through well-defined SLIs and SLOs.

Participate in architectural discussions and influence long-term technical
direction.

Engage in Agile ceremonies: 2-week sprints, daily standups, grooming, retrospectives, and reviews.

Monitor and maintain system health using Grafana and Prometheus.

Work within the AWS ecosystem to ensure scalable and secure deployments.

Tech Stack: Go, Python, Lua, C/C++, Kubernetes, AWS, Kafka, DynamoDB, SQL, Redis, Grafana, Prometheus

3–5 years of software engineering experience, with a strong backend focus.

Hands-on experience with Go or willingness to become proficient.

Knowledge of distributed systems and best practices for reliability and scalability.

Familiarity with SLI/SLO concepts and performance monitoring, memory and cpu profiling, caching.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across engineering, DevOps, and product teams.

AdTech experience is a plus, but not required (we’ll help you ramp up)
