You bring deep expertise in cloud architecture combined with strong capabilities across AI/GenAI and/or Data Architecture. You are equally comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders as you are leading deep technical design discussions. What You'll Do & The Impact You'll Have Design and lead end-to-end architecture for AI and data-intensive enterprise solutions aligned to business outcomes Lead architecture design sessions and present solutions to stakeholders across technical and business levels Define non-functional requirements (availability, performance, security, compliance, cost) as core design inputs Drive architectural trade-offs and decision-making under constraints, ensuring clarity and alignment Lead or support pre-sales engagements including solution shaping, RFP responses, and client presentations Own architectural integrity across delivery, ensuring solutions are built as designed Develop reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and accelerators Support or lead effort estimation, identifying risks and defining delivery assumptions Mentor engineers and junior architects, elevating architecture capability across teams Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, including senior leadership, on architecture and technology decisions Requirements What You'll Bring to the Table Must-Have Skills: 10–15+ years in software engineering, cloud architecture, or distributed systems Proven experience delivering end-to-end solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder environments Hands-on implementation background with real-world systems at scale Experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into solutions Exposure to pre-sales, consulting, or client-facing roles is advantageous Experience in regulated industries such as BFSI, Telco, or Healthcare is preferred For senior candidates: experience leading multi-workstream programs and governing architecture across engagements Nice-to-Have Skills: Architecture — Required Enterprise-grade design including security, resilience, scalability, and operability Strong architectural decision-making with clear trade-offs and documentation Experience in defining and governing architecture standards Ability to estimate, scope, and communicate risks in complex projects Cloud — Required Deep expertise in AWS with cloud-native architecture patterns Experience with compute, storage, networking, security, and observability Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and multi-environment deployments Understanding of multi-account and multi-region architecture Multi-cloud awareness is a plus Specialization — Deep in One or More Areas AI: model serving, fine-tuning pipelines, inference optimization, evaluation frameworks GenAI / Agentic AI: multi-agent orchestration, tool usage, memory/context handling, governance Data Architecture: data platforms, pipelines (batch & real-time), governance, lineage, storage systems For senior candidates: ability to connect AI, data, and cloud into enterprise-scale solutions AWS Certifications — Desired AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty or ML Engineer – Associate AWS Certified Generative AI Developer – Professional AWS Certified Data Engineer – Associate or Data Analytics – Specialty AWS Certified Security – Specialty Benefits What We Bring to the Table Impact-First Culture: Your work directly contributes to real-world AI solutions and business outcomes.
