We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our next-generation Digital Agreements eSignature platform, helping define the future of trusted digital agreements in an increasingly fast-moving,AI-driven world. In this role you will lead our core eSign platform to success by ensuring that our customers, partners and the development community at large can quickly and easily use our products and services to integrate, extend and develop applications to ensure their success.

Your ability to grasp, combine and translate consumer and technical capabilities and market requirements/drivers into valuable business outcomes defines your success. Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Vision & Roadmap: Own the product lifecycle for Digital Agreements eSignature solutions. Develop a compelling, data-driven roadmap that aligns with company-wide OKRs and market opportunities 
  • AI-Powered Innovation: Identify opportunities to launch and embed AI and/or machine learning into our products to improve feature and functionality use to keep OneSpan at the forefront of the industry. 
  • Market Leadership: Leverage deep knowledge of competitive landscape, features and services, user scenarios, specifications, and use cases to be used 
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, sales, and marketing to bring new features from concept to production, translating technical complexity into value-driven product collateral 
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs—including adoption rates, and ROI to measure product success to ensure these experiences effectively serve customer needs 
  • Customer focus: Drive interaction and meetings with our customers and partners to gather customer feedback and gain insight into the use of our products and services 

 Requirements and Skills: 

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management role in Banking, Insurance, Fintech 
  • Experience using AI tools for driving requirements, user stories and design 
  • Customer escalation managementand driving roadmap-based expansion needs 
  • Experience in developing and managing integrated application projects, application and API requirements and software-as-a-service (SaaS) is required 
  • Exceptional design instincts and product experiences across platforms 
  • Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
