• →Provide strategic leadership across OES's technology delivery function, ensuring the successful delivery of platforms, products, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• →Champion and mature scaled agile practices, including portfolio planning, PI planning, delivery governance, and cross-functional squad alignment
• →Foster a culture of continuous improvement, automation, DevSecOps, and continuous delivery to improve speed, quality, and reliability of technology outcomes.
• →Lead delivery planning, prioritisation, capacity management, budgeting, and governance to ensure technology investments align with strategic business objectives.
• →Oversee the delivery and ongoing evolution of critical enterprise platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support business growth.
• →Build, mentor, and inspire leaders, delivery managers, and technology teams, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

• We're looking for a strategic technology leader who combines strong delivery discipline with commercial acumen and people leadership.
• You will bring:
• Extensive senior leadership experience leading large-scale technology delivery functions.
• A proven track record delivering complex platform programs and enterprise technology portfolios.
• Deep experience operating within Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe), PI Planning and team-of-teams delivery models.
• Strong understanding of continuous delivery, DevSecOps and modern engineering practices.
• Experience managing technology budgets, vendor partnerships, and commercial outcomes.
• The ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive organisational change.
• Experience across enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft technologies, and digital platforms.
• A passion for building high-performing teams and delivering technology that creates real business value.
