Position Overview
As an onboard Personal Trainer, you will step out of the traditional gym environment and onto a moving resort. You will lead energetic group fitness classes, conduct one-on-one personal training sessions, and deliver health seminars to a captive audience of international guests eagerly looking to improve their health while on vacation.
Key Responsibilities

Design and execute safe, effective, and motivating personal training programmes for guests of all ages and fitness levels.
Lead dynamic group fitness classes (such as indoor cycling, yoga, or Pilates).
Deliver engaging educational seminars and lectures on lifestyle topics, including nutrition, exercise, and detoxification.
Actively promote and sell personal training packages, specialized fitness courses, and wellness products to maximize your earning potential.
Maintain flawless health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the shipboard fitness facility.

Qualifications & Entry Requirements

Education: Minimum Level 3 Personal Training qualification or international equivalent from a recognized training school.
Technical Skills: A valid Resistance Weights qualification (such as BAWLA, NABBA, or equivalent). Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and basic nutrition is essential.
Experience: At least 3 months of formal personal training experience (this can be paid or unpaid/internship experience).
Advantages: Prior experience teaching specialized disciplines like Yoga, Pilates, Indoor Cycling, or Tai Chi is a massive plus. Public speaking or sales experience is highly beneficial.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a highly professional appearance, self-motivation, and the ability to inspire others.

Compensation & Japanese National Benefits

Monthly Earnings: $800 – $4,000+ USD (Composed of an uncapped commission structure based on training sessions and product sales, plus tips, with a guaranteed minimum of $800/month).
Fully Covered by LWA: Your 3-week intensive London Academy training fees, international flights, and medical screening costs are 100% paid for.
Onboard Living: Free cabin accommodation and all meals provided. Accommodation and evening meals are also provided during your London training phase!
Flexible Contracts: * 1st Contract: 9 months (International).
- 2nd+ Contracts: Option for 5-month contracts on Japanese vessels or 9 months on international vessels.

Bonus & Visa: $1,000 USD end-of-contract bonus (pro-rated) and C1D visa cost reimbursement upon boarding.

世界中から訪れるお客様を対象に、パーソナルトレーニングセッション、グループフィットネスクラス、健康セミナーなどを担当し、お客様の健康づくりとウェルネス向上をサポートしていただくポジションです。

● 年齢や運動経験を問わず、お客様一人ひとりに合わせた安全かつ効果的なパーソナルトレーニングプログラムの作成・指導
● グループフィットネスクラスの実施（インドアサイクリング、ヨガ、ピラティス等）
● 栄養学、運動習慣、健康的なライフスタイルなどをテーマとしたセミナーや講演の実施
● パーソナルトレーニングパッケージ、専門プログラム、ウェルネス関連商品のご案内および販売
● 船内フィットネス施設における安全管理、衛生管理および設備管理

以下のいずれかに相当する資格を有する方
・Level 3 Personal Training
・国際的に認められた同等資格
※認定教育機関で取得した資格に限ります。

また、以下の知識を有すること
・解剖学
・生理学
・基礎栄養学

パーソナルトレーナーとして3か月以上の実務経験

報酬は最低保証額に加え、パーソナルトレーニング実施件数や商品販売実績に応じたコミッション（歩合給）、サービス料、およびチップによって構成されます。
お客様から高い評価を得ることで収入向上が期待でき、実績豊富なスタッフの中には月額4,000米ドルを超える報酬を得ているケースもあります。
