Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support daily spa operations and guest flow
- →Lead and coach front desk and retail teams
- →Deliver service excellence and high guest satisfaction
- →Support retail sales, inventory management, and POS operations
- →Use POS systems (Book4Time preferred)
- →Partner with the Spa Director to meet operational goals
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality, spa, or retail
- POS system experience (required)
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- A guest-focused, reliable, and professional approach
- Spa or wellness experience (preferred)
