AI Automation & Enablement Engineer

For over a decade, we have helped travel agencies and global enterprises cut travel costs and work more efficiently. Our AI-based reshopping products, FareSaver for air and HotelSaver for hotels, track booked trips and automatically rebook them when a better rate becomes available.

AgentSee, our agentic AI platform, works alongside travel agents. It reads traveler requests, handles bookings and changes, and takes on routine servicing tasks, so agents can manage more trips while improving service quality.

We work with the largest travel agencies and fortune 500 companies, supporting over $15B in annual booking volume for more than 11,000 customers in over 60 countries.

• Design and build internal AI agents, automations, integrations, and tools that solve real business problems;
• Work closely with different teams to understand their workflows and identify opportunities to save time and reduce manual work;
• Take ideas from discovery to implementation, making sure what you build is useful and actually gets adopted;
• Experiment with new AI technologies and find practical ways to bring them into our everyday work.

• Become the go-to person for employees who want to explore how AI can improve their work;
• Run hands-on workshops and training sessions tailored to different teams
• Help non-technical employees build their own automations and tools, with the right guidance and guardrails;
• Create and maintain a shared library of AI tools, agents, templates, and best practices;
• Build a network of AI champions across departments to encourage knowledge sharing and experimentation.

• Help define our internal AI tool stack, working with Security and IT to make sure tools are used safely;
• Establish practical guidelines for AI usage, data protection, and responsible experimentation;
• Stay curious about new models, tools, and technologies, and help us figure out what’s genuinely useful.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or a similarly hands-on technical role
• Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications, agents, integrations, or automations using LLMs
• Experience taking technical solutions from idea to implementation, ideally building tools that people actually use
• Comfortable working with APIs, integrating different systems, and solving technical problems independently
• Proactive and naturally curious, you enjoy understanding how people work, spotting opportunities, and building solutions without waiting to be asked
• Comfortable working with both technical and nontechnical teams, and able to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical way
• Someone who genuinely enjoys sharing knowledge, helping others learn, and experimenting with new technologies
• Fluent English and Hebrew

• Experience with AI frameworks and technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, RAG, or similar
• Experience with automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier
• Experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI-powered applications in production
• Previous experience building internal tools or automations used across multiple departments
• Familiarity with AI security, data privacy, and access controls
