Senior Software Engineer (Remote in Poland)

For over a decade, we have helped travel agencies and global enterprises cut travel costs and work more efficiently. Our AI-based reshopping products, FareSaver for air and HotelSaver for hotels, track booked trips and automatically rebook them when a better rate becomes available.

AgentSee, our agentic AI platform, works alongside travel agents. It reads traveler requests, handles bookings and changes, and takes on routine servicing tasks, so agents can manage more trips while improving service quality.

We work with the largest travel agencies and fortune 500 companies, supporting over $15B in annual booking volume for more than 11,000 customers in over 60 countries.

• →Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services, data pipelines, and distributed infrastructure;
• →Develop front-end features in TypeScript/React to bring complex ideas to life;
• →Implement complex business logic and intelligent filtering algorithms that power our platform;
• →Optimize fare tracking solutions to help clients save millions annually;
• →Contribute to architectural decisions for distributed, high-scale applications;
• →Integrate with third-party APIs (REST/SOAP) and ensure smooth interoperability;
• →Use AI-assisted development tools to move faster across coding, testing, debugging, and navigating complex systems;
• →Collaborate closely with product and business teams to deliver features that drive real impact.
  

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a track record of building production systems
• Comfortable using modern AI coding tools as part of your day-to-day engineering workflow while maintaining strong ownership of code quality and technical decisions
• Strong background in designing scalable, distributed applications
• Hands-on experience with Python/Django and Java/Kotlin*(JVM stack)
• Familiarity with TypeScript/React
• Solid understanding of Linux runtime environments
• Skilled at identifying and solving performance bottlenecks
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication
• Proactive, curious, and eager to keep learning

• Experience with the travel industry (especially GDS APIs like Sabre, Amadeus, or Travelport)
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD practices
• Contributions to open-source projects or notable side projects
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative product development
