CBRF Director

• Oversee daily CBRF operations, staffing, scheduling, and resident services.
• Supervise and support Resident Assistant (RA) staff.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and operational resources.
• Support development and implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs).
• Ensure accurate documentation, incident reporting, medication administration, and follow-up.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners.
• Conduct tours and meet with prospective residents and families to support census and occupancy.
• Collaborate with other leaders across the Lasata campus.

• 2–3 years of leadership experience in assisted living, senior living, residential services, or healthcare.
• Prior experience in a Wisconsin DHS 83 CBRF setting.
• Experience opening a new facility or developing a new program preferred.
• Degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Services, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
