Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to placement. Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, social media, and networking. Screen, interview, and assess candidates against client requirements. Conduct reference checks and verify qualifications and work experience. Prepare candidate shortlists and recommendations for clients. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates. Facilitate employment offers and onboarding processes. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client workforce requirements and provide recruitment solutions. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding recruitment needs. Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advice. Support business development initiatives by identifying recruitment opportunities. Candidate Management Maintain an active talent pool and candidate database. Provide candidates with professional guidance throughout the recruitment process. Ensure positive candidate experience and timely communication. Manage candidate documentation and compliance requirements. Compliance & Administration Ensure recruitment activities comply with PNG labour laws and company policies. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. Prepare employment contracts and recruitment documentation. Support work permit and visa recruitment processes where required. Ensure confidentiality of candidate and client information. Reporting & Performance Monitor recruitment KPIs and placement targets. Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment activity reports. Track vacancy status and recruitment progress. Recommend improvements to recruitment processes and systems. Requirements Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field. Professional recruitment certification is advantageous. Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in recruitment, labour hire, or talent acquisition. Experience recruiting for mining, construction, oil & gas, engineering, logistics, or related sectors is highly desirable. Experience in agency recruitment or workforce solutions environment preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Business development and client relationship management abilities. Negotiation and influencing skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment systems.
