Construction Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects for our clients in infrastructure, commercial, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage all construction activities from start to completion Prepare and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure strict compliance with PNG safety regulations and quality standards Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings Manage project risks, variations, and claims Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports Maintain strong health, safety, and environmental (HSE) performance Ensure cost control and profitability of projects Requirements Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction management (infrastructure, building, or mining projects preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget Strong knowledge of PNG construction regulations and standards Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in remote/FIFO environments Valid PNG driver’s licence and police clearance
