Padula Builders Inc is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Estimator to join our team.

For over 40 years, Padula Builders has set the standard in high-end custom home construction across the region. We're known for our craftsmanship, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to our clients. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented estimator who shares our passion for precision and excellence and is eager to contribute to our growth.

What you'll do:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for custom residential projects from concept through construction

Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and subcontractor bids

Collaborate with project managers, clients, and architects to ensure accuracy in all estimates

Help refine and develop internal systems and workflows for efficiency and scalability

Identify and track cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

Assist in maintaining relationships with trusted trade partners and vendors

What we're looking for:

2+ years of experience in estimating OR 5+ years of high-end residential construction OR a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field experience

Strong understanding of residential building systems, material, and costs

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Familiarity with estimating software and tools

A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills

A desire to grow with the company and help build on our reputation and success
