The IT & AV Manager will oversee the technology infrastructure and audiovisual systems of the convention center, ensuring seamless event operations.

  Manage IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity.

  Oversee audiovisual (AV) systems, including lighting, sound, and display technologies.

  Ensure smooth integration of IT and AV systems for events.

  Develop IT security policies and data protection strategies.

  Maintain and troubleshoot IT and AV equipment.

  Lead IT support teams to assist staff and guests.

  Manage vendor relationships and negotiate technology contracts.

  Research and implement new technologies to enhance operations.

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in IT and AV management.

• Strong knowledge of network administration and cybersecurity.

• Experience with AV systems and event technology.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Strong project management and team leadership abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of IT compliance and data security standards.
