This is a Dubai-based opportunity for candidates currently based in South Africa who are open to relocating to the UAE and building their career within a luxury international hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the assigned F&B outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Lead, support and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Ensure high standards of service, presentation and product quality.

• Welcome guests and handle guest requests, feedback and concerns professionally.

• Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

• Conduct briefings and support team training and development.

• Assist with scheduling, staff allocation and daily operational requirements.

• Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.

• Work closely with the culinary and other hotel teams to ensure seamless operations.

• Relevant hospitality experience and knowledge of the position.
