The Stewarding Assistant Manager will manage kitchen cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and hygiene standards.

  Oversee kitchen cleanliness and sanitation procedures.

  Supervise stewarding staff and dishwashing operations.

  Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.

  Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and kitchen equipment.

• 5+ years of experience in stewarding or kitchen operations.

• Experience in managing kitchen waste and inventory.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of kitchen equipment maintenance and handling.
