Main Job Responsibilities: The State Coordinator is responsible for driving aggregator performance and agent network growth within the assigned region. This includes onboarding and actively managing aggregators to meet weekly terminal activity targets, expanding their agent base, and ensuring consistent growth in transaction revenue. The role also involves resolving agent-related issues promptly, ensuring proper control and utilization of assigned terminals, and reactivating inactive aggregators through targeted support.
The State Coordinator is expected to build strong relationships with aggregators, monitor market trends and competition, and provide actionable insights through data analysis to improve sales productivity and overall business performance.
Main Job Responsibilities: The State Coordinator is responsible for driving aggregator performance and agent network growth within the assigned region. This includes onboarding and actively managing aggregators to meet weekly terminal activity targets, expanding their agent base, and ensuring consistent growth in transaction revenue. The role also involves resolving agent-related issues promptly, ensuring proper control and utilization of assigned terminals, and reactivating inactive aggregators through targeted support.
The State Coordinator is expected to build strong relationships with aggregators, monitor market trends and competition, and provide actionable insights through data analysis to improve sales productivity and overall business performance.
- Onboarding & supervision of active Aggregators.
- Manage all existing assigned Aggregators to ensure they meet the required Terminal Activity Target on a week-by-week basis.
- Ensure that each aggregator continually grow their agents base, while making sure that there exist visible growth of agent transaction revenue on a daily basis..
- Ensure that all agent issues are promptly resolved.
- Ensure that Aggregators effectively control and manage the terminals mapped to them.
- Report any competitive market information or research for the business to the line manager.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with aggregators.
- Reactivate inactive aggregators by providing necessary support to these aggregators where needed.
- Organize data and generate deep agent insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
- BSC /HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related field.
- Computer Savvy.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Prior Sales Experience working in same or similar job role in a Fintech Organization.
