Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Resident Supervision Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of construction supervision professionals on a unique infrastructure project, with a strong focus on MEP works and tunnel services fit-out.

Responsibilities

→Lead a team of approximately 30 construction supervision professionals
→Ensuring Client objectives of safety and quality are achieved by the contractor under supervision
→Ensuring Parsons meets its KPIs
→Issuing a daily diary to the FIDIC Engineer
→Ensuring contemporaneous records are maintained in support of the FIDIC Engineer's administration of the construction contract

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related construction discipline. A Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred.
15 years of experience in field construction is required.
Prior experience of Construction Supervision
Strong MEP experience, preferably involving tunnel services fit-out or similar projects.
Prior experience as Resident Engineer would be advantageous but not essential
Strong knowledge of FIDIC Red Book or Gold Book
Strong technical knowledge in construction techniques and quality aspects of RC structures/foundations and/or Roads/Utilities and/or MEP/Municipal Facilities
Prior experience leading mixed-discipline construction team of 30+ personnel

Disciplined approach to record keeping
Experience with tunnel infrastructure and tunnel services fit-out.
Proficiency in project management and construction management software.
