Payne Brownsville Volkswagen/Mitsubishi-Service BDC Agent

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Service Business Development (BD) Agent to join our team at Payne Brownsville Volkswagen/Mitsubishi. The Service BD Agent will collaborate closely with Service Advisors to schedule appointments for customers to service their vehicles. They will also focus on generating new business opportunities, fostering customer relationships, and promoting service offerings to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a bonus

**Responsibilities:**
- Work in conjunction with Service Advisors to schedule vehicle service appointments for customers
- Generate new business leads and cultivate a loyal customer base
- Educate customers on maintenance and repair services offered by the dealership
- Deliver top-notch customer service to boost satisfaction and retention rates
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies
