• →Monitoring project schedules, budgets, manpower, and operational performance
• →Planning resources to support current and upcoming projects (3–6 month planning horizon)
• →Coaching, mentoring, and developing the next generation of leaders
• →Creating accountability through performance management and continuous feedback
• →Reviewing operational and financial metrics to improve profitability and efficiency
• →Partnering with executive leadership to analyze division performance and drive strategic initiatives
• →Implementing scalable systems, processes, and operational improvements
• →Ensuring an exceptional client experience from project kickoff through completion
• →Promoting a culture centered around teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent industry experience.
• 10+ years of landscape construction or commercial construction experience.
• Strong Project Management background overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Aspire preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers, supervisors, or project teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, profitability, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• A strategic thinker who enjoys improving systems, processes, and operational performance.
