Performance Solutions Limited (PSOL) is a boutique consulting firm that began serving the business community in 2000. For more than 25 years we have been delivering human resource management; strategic planning; organisational development; payroll and immigration processing services for clients.  We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our busy practice and provide expert support to our clients.  Reporting to the Managing Director or their designate, responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Recruitment Management

• Assist clients with the preparation of role descriptions and advertisements
• Provide advice on overseas advertising options, compensation ranges and selection criteria
• Candidate screening, correspondence, short listing and preparation of interview guides
• Preparing and maintaining applicant database files and Bamboo recruitment files
• Building candidate databases for future opportunities
• Assisting team members and clients with interview coordination / facilitation
• Supporting clients with resource planning

HR Consulting

• Provide general HR support to clients across all areas of the employment life cycle. Note this is an area of continuous development and guidance will be provided by senior consultants.
• As part of a small team, you may also be asked to assist in other areas of the business as required.

Applicants must have at least five years of relevant recruitment & HR experience, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against tight deadlines. Interested persons should apply in writing no later than October 12th 2026
