Responsibilities

→Care for our patients daily by assessing behavior, escorting them, and interacting with them continuously throughout the shift.
→Conduct Handle with Care, BLS and MHT Academy trainings.
→Precept/Train new and existing MHTs.
→Conduct direct observation rounds during assigned shift and document patient’s behavior.
→Model and teach appropriate life skills to the patients.
→Orient the patients to the unit and assist them with daily living skills.
→Provide a safe, clean and therapeutic environment.
→Provide physical restraint or intervention if appropriate. Training will be provided.
