• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in a childcare, educational, or recreational setting.
• Basic knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
• Ability to pass background checks and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Certification in CPR and First Aid for children.
• Previous experience as a Kids Club Attendant or similar childcare role.
• Training or coursework in early childhood education or child psychology.
• Ability to speak a second language to support diverse families.
