Talent Sourcing Partner

• Build and engage strong pipelines of qualified talent for critical and hard-to-fill positions through proactive sourcing, market mapping, talent pipelining, and advanced search techniques.
• Partner closely with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, contribute to recruitment strategy discussions, and develop targeted sourcing approaches based on the role and talent market.
• Provide talent intelligence and market insights to help shape sourcing strategies, identify relevant talent pools, and support informed hiring decisions.
• Identify and proactively engage prospective candidates, building meaningful relationships and connecting talent with relevant career opportunities at Philips.
• Act as a trusted sourcing advisor to Talent Partners and Talent Acquisition Leads, sharing sourcing best practices, highlighting market challenges, and helping prioritize sourcing needs across critical searches.

• You have 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or similar roles such as Talent Sourcer, Sourcing Recruiter, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• You have hands-on experience identifying and engaging talent through proactive sourcing, candidate attraction, market mapping, and talent pipelining, using advanced search and sourcing techniques.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent.
• You have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for identifying and engaging talent.
• You have advanced written and spoken English.
