Physician Care Centers is looking for a dedicated Remote Purchasing Assistant to join our team. This full-time position is based in Palm Springs and offers the flexibility of remote work. As a Purchasing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our procurement process, ensuring that our healthcare operations run smoothly and efficiently.
In this role, you will assist in sourcing and purchasing medical supplies and equipment while maintaining relationships with vendors. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to provide quality care to our patients. We offer a competitive salary range of $105,700 - $115,900 annually, along with a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and development.
Responsibilities

- →Maintain and update vendor relationships
- →Process purchase orders and track inventory levels
- →Review and analyze purchase requests from various departments
- →Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures
- →Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets and forecasts
- →Prepare and maintain purchasing reports
- →Resolve any purchasing discrepancies or issues promptly
Requirements
