Physician Care Centers is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start their career in healthcare administration while supporting our mission to provide exceptional patient care.

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that are essential to our operations. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office, contributing to our overall efficiency and helping us achieve our strategic goals. We offer a competitive salary range of $68,900 - $76,800 annually, along with a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Support the team with various projects and initiatives
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper
  • Coordinate communications between staff and patients
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements
