Position Description

Ailani Wind Joint Venture is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to administer DAF365 SharePoint environments and design, develop, and sustain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI solutions. The developer translates mission and business requirements into secure, maintainable digital solutions in GCC and GCC High.
This senior role provides technical leadership, solution design, quality oversight, stakeholder support, and governance across SharePoint hubs, sites, libraries, lists, permissions, workflows, applications, dashboards, and integrations.

Primary Responsibilities

Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:
•    Administer DAF365 SharePoint hubs, site collections, sites, libraries, lists, content structures, and lifecycle settings.
•    Configure and troubleshoot permissions, sharing, access controls, and Zero Trust-aligned security for mission content and solutions.
•    Gather, analyze, document, and validate stakeholder requirements and translate them into sustainable solution designs.
•    Design and develop advanced Power Automate workflows, approvals, notifications, integrations, and OData-based data operations.
•    Design and develop Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps using Power Fx and approved connectors.
•    Develop Power BI semantic models, reports, and dashboards using Power Query, data modeling, and DAX.
•    Integrate SharePoint data with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and approved enterprise services.
•    Use JSON and approved configuration methods to improve SharePoint forms, lists, views, formatting, and user experience.
•    Troubleshoot DAF365 access and identity issues involving Entra ID, GCDS, Okta, permissions, connectors, and data sources.
•    Lead peer reviews, testing, UAT, release planning, defect resolution, and quality assurance for Power Platform solutions.
•    Maintain architecture, configuration, data, security, test, deployment, user, and sustainment documentation and provide stakeholder training.

Required Qualifications

•    Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Site Collection, Site, and Hub administration and permissions management.
•    Advanced Power Automate development skills, including OData queries, complex workflows, exception handling, and integrations.
•    Advanced experience with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Fx, connectors, and application lifecycle practices.
•    Advanced Power BI experience, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, visualization, and SharePoint integration.
•    Knowledge of Entra ID, GCDS, Okta, Zero Trust access concepts, JSON, and troubleshooting within GCC and GCC High.
•    Ability to lead requirements, solution design, development, testing, release, documentation, and stakeholder-support activities.

Desired Qualifications

•    Microsoft PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant certification.
•    Microsoft PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst certification.
•    Microsoft PL-900 Power Platform Fundamentals certification.
•    Experience supporting DAF365, GCC High, CUI, and mission applications in a DoW environment.
•    Experience establishing Power Platform governance, reusable components, coding standards, and mentoring practices.
