The role will be responsible for managing talent relationships, handling inbound brand opportunities, proactively securing collaborations and commercial opportunities, and helping our talent grow their audience and personal brands.
The ideal candidate understands the influencer and celebrity landscape, stays on top of social media trends, has strong relationships with brands and agencies, and is confident managing talent in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage day-to-day relationships with influencers, content creators, and celebrities represented by the agency.
- →Receive and manage inbound requests from brands, agencies, event organizers, and other partners.
- →Identify and secure outbound commercial opportunities, including brand collaborations, events, campaigns, appearances, and partnerships.
- →Negotiate opportunities and coordinate with clients and talent to ensure successful execution.
- →Advise talent on content strategy, social media trends, audience growth, and ways to strengthen their personal brand.
- →Stay up to date with emerging platforms, content formats, trends, and developments within the influencer and entertainment industry.
- →Monitor talent performance, engagement, audience growth, and overall development.
- →Build strong, long-term relationships with talent and understand their individual goals and positioning.
- →Proactively identify new opportunities that are relevant to each talent's audience and profile.
- →Support the agency's growth by identifying, approaching, and signing new influencers and creators.
- →Source promising new talent and assess their suitability for the agency's roster.
- →Develop and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, event organizers, PR companies, and other industry contacts.
- →Coordinate campaigns from initial brief through to completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met.
- →Represent the interests of talent while also ensuring commercial objectives of the agency and clients are achieved.
- →Handle multiple talents, campaigns, and opportunities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and communication.
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, entertainment, social media, PR, partnerships, or a related field.
- Existing relationships within the influencer, celebrity, media, brand, or events ecosystem are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and content trends.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded with strong negotiation and business development abilities.
- Confident dealing with influencers, celebrities, brands, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, energetic, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong understanding of what makes content engaging and how creators can grow their audiences.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing industry.
