Cell Leader

As a Production Cell Leader, you are responsible for overall performance of your area. You play a key role in shaping process excellence to deliver the highest quality products to our customers.

You Will

• Review production orders and coordinate with site schedulers to establish daily production priorities and workflow.
• Lead manufacturing activities to ensure production volume, quality, cost, and customer requirements are met.
• Monitor production reports, equipment performance, and operating conditions; resolve manufacturing and maintenance issues to minimize delays.
• Develop and update work instructions while ensuring employee compliance with ISO standards, operational procedures, and quality policies.
• Promote employee motivation, safety, and high standards of workmanship within the production cell.
• Build strong customer relationships and promptly report and initiate corrective action for food-safety concerns.

You Have

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.  Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years experience leading and motivating a team, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience using computer programs, such as SAP
• Knowledge of 6S & continuous improvement practices

• Ability to lift & move up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
