  • →Own the RCM problem space, product strategy, multi-year roadmap, and measurable outcomes for the financial record, census, payer management, and transaction foundations.
  • →Build investment cases, quantify expected return, define success metrics, make prioritization trade-offs explicit, and adjust plans based on customer insight and performance data.
  • →Represent current and future users by conducting qualitative and quantitative discovery, analyzing revenue cycle workflows, and identifying upstream opportunities across census, payer changes, referrals, and prior authorizations.
  • →Partner with Engineering, User Experience, Technical Writers, and product teams using agile practices and Design Thinking to turn ambiguous, high-impact problems into valuable, feasible increments.
  • →Define the connected data foundation needed for financial intelligence and workflow automation, and use AI tools responsibly to accelerate research, documentation, analysis, and prototyping in a healthcare environment.
  • →Drive adoption and go-to-market success with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and other partners, including positioning, launch readiness, training, packaging and pricing input, and adoption tracking.
