Responsibilities

Identify, launch, and manage product life cycle of new products aligned with market trends and business strategy.

Own the go-to-market strategy and execution for key product launches — from positioning and pricing to sales enablement and post-launch performance.

Guide the evolution of our products, including the introduction of new generations, features, pricing adjustments, bundle offerings, and strategic end-of-life decisions.

Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product development process, ensuring that decisions are informed by user needs, market research, and competitive insights.

Collaborate with internal and external engineering and design teams to define product requirements and guide development efforts on new products.

Build a long-term strategy for our product, collaborating closely with our regional teams across the globe.

Develop business cases for product investments, including financial projections, required resources, and ROI analysis.

Present and secure buy-in from key stakeholders, including leadership, engineering, marketing, and sales, by clearly articulating the product’s commercial value and feasibility.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams globally without direct authority.
Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis.
Proven track record of managing successful products from inception to launch.
Strong grasp of how to manage a product P&L and how to balance innovation, investments, and costs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with external ODM and JDM partners is a plus.
