Polleo Sport, a regional leader in the sports nutrition, dietary supplements, and active lifestyle industry, is opening an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to support our operations across Croatia, Slovenia, and Austria. In this role, you will be responsible to lead entrusted talent acquisition projects. You will work closely with the HR team, Line Managers and employees.
A Day in the Life of a Talent Acquisition& Employer Branding Specialist
As a Recruiter & Employer Branding Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment while helping strengthen Polleo Sport’s position as an attractive employer. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR, Marketing, candidates, and external partners to attract and select people who have the right capabilities and connect with our culture and values.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage the full recruitment process, from defining requirements and sourcing candidates to interviews, selection, offers, and pre-employment coordination.
- →Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define candidate profiles.
- →Prepare job descriptions, recruitment materials, and engaging job advertisements.
- →Source candidates through job platforms, social media, professional networks, referrals, agencies, and educational institutions.
- →Build and continuously improve the recruitment and employer branding function, including the development of policies, guidelines, processes, tools, and reporting standards.
- →Screen applications and conduct structured, competency-based interviews.
- →Ensure timely and professional candidate communication throughout the selection process.
- →Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
- →Organize and represent Polleo Sport at career fairs, university events, and networking activities.
- →Monitor recruitment KPIs, candidate feedback, market trends, and employer branding results.
- →Ensure compliance with internal procedures, employment legislation, data protection, and fair hiring principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, including end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, social media, or HR communications is an advantage.
- Strong English and relevant local-language skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, HR systems, recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of recruitment legislation and candidate data protection.
- Interest in sport, fitness, healthy living, retail, or consumer brands is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented approach.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and priorities.
- Creativity and confidence in developing employer branding initiatives.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and respect for confidentiality.
- Collaborative mindset, resilience, and personal accountability.
