Finance/Account Personnel

Prado Power, a leading player in the renewable energy sector, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance/Account Personnel to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health and efficiency of our operations as we drive sustainable energy solutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and payroll processing. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to inform decision-making. Monitor cash flow and ensure efficient utilization of resources. Oversee compliance with financial regulations, standards, and company policies. Coordinate and support external audits and regulatory inspections. Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Provide insights and recommendations on cost-saving opportunities and financial strategies. Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CPA) is highly desirable. Two to three years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within the energy or construction sectors. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ZohoBooks, QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in ZohoBooks is an added advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
