Quantity Surveyor

Prado Power, a leading name in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: · Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for renewable energy projects. · Monitor and manage project expenditures to prevent cost overruns. · Evaluate tender documents, contracts, and proposals to ensure financial viability. · Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to achieve favorable terms. · Conduct regular cost analysis and risk assessments throughout project life cycles. · Provide advice on contract management and procurement strategies. · Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks related to construction and energy projects. Requirements · A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. · Two to three years of proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry. · Professional certification (e.g., RICS, NIQS) is highly desirable. · Proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry. · Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. · Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Proficiency in relevant software such as MS Excel, AutoCAD, or cost estimation tools. · Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is an added advantage.
