• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing and affiliate program management.

• Analytical mindset with excellent reporting capabilities.

• Goal-oriented and results-driven approach to work.

• Advanced proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus).

• Proactive, solution-focused, and innovative mindset.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Previous experience in the e-commerce, technology or performance marketing industry.

• Understanding of data-driven marketing and performance analytics tools.

• Passion for digital marketing and emerging trends in the affiliate space.

• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.

• Familiarity with affiliate marketing software and tracking platforms.
