We are looking for a Marketing Assistant Manager (Performance Marketing) who will contribute to the growth of our marketing team through a strong performance-driven mindset. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and take an active role in executing marketing strategies, analyzing performance, and driving continuous optimization across all marketing activities.

A key part of this position is to manage marketing processes through data, identify growth opportunities, and turn insights into actionable improvements.

• →Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• →Monitor marketing performance on a regular basis and develop actionable improvement recommendations.
• →Analyze conversion funnels and identify opportunities to improve Conversion Rate (CRO).
• →Evaluate user behavior, customer segments, and marketing data to support data-driven decision making.
• →Support efficient budget allocation and monitor campaign performance to maximize return on investment.
• →Work closely with CRM, Affiliate, and other related teams to ensure alignment on performance-related initiatives.
• →Prepare regular performance reports and make results visible, measurable, and trackable.
• →Contribute to the development of marketing processes and the identification of new growth opportunities together with the Marketing Manager.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Proven ability not only to track performance metrics but also to interpret data and take action accordingly.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and similar digital advertising platforms, including performance analysis and strategy development.
• Strong understanding of campaign efficiency, customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROI, and overall marketing performance metrics.
• Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and experimentation processes.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, or similar analytics tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of performance marketing trends and best practices.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
• Proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative and implement new ideas.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and make timely decisions.
