Responsibilities

→Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
→At least 7 years of proven experience in IT Project Management, ideally involving complex or large-scale IT implementations.
→Strong project planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
→Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and cross-functional teams.
→Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
→Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and operate professionally in complex and sensitive environments.
→Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
→Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

Previous experience managing IT projects for public sector organizations.
Familiarity with public procurement procedures, government IT projects, or EU-funded digital transformation initiatives.
Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.

Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
