About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Revenue Operations Analyst to support revenue growth across our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This role focuses on maintaining and improving CRM data quality, generating operational reporting, analyzing key metrics, and documenting processes to help revenue teams work more effectively. The ideal candidate brings 
strong analytical skills, hands-on Salesforce experience, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

Systems Support & Administration

  • Support the revenue technology stack (CRM) with a primary focus on Salesforce data accuracy and integrity.
  • Perform routine data loading, cleanup, and quality assurance tasks within Salesforce to ensure consistent and reliable records.
  • Coordinate with IT and Business Systems on tool integrations and troubleshoot system issues as they arise.
  • Create and maintain user documentation and training materials to support effective tool adoption across revenue teams.
  • Support data management best practices and assist in identifying opportunities to improve system hygiene.

Process Documentation & Improvement

  • Document standard operating procedures for revenue operations, including sales processes, data entry protocols, and reporting workflows.
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and surface recommendations to management for review and prioritization.
  • Assist in implementing approved process improvements under the direction of the Revenue Operations leadership.
  • Support standardization efforts across revenue channels by maintaining up-to-date process documentation.

Sales Operations Support

  • Support sales reps by reviewing complex sales opportunities.
  • Work assigned support tickets related to compensation and deal corrections.
  • Run Sales Plays to support business objectives
  • Assist with sales operations tasks, including pipeline data maintenance, performance reporting, and quota tracking.
  • Provide sales representatives with the data and documentation needed to support the closing process.
  • Help identify bottlenecks in the sales process and escalate findings with supporting data to leadership.
  • Support customer lifecycle data accuracy to improve handoffs between Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain standard revenue dashboards and recurring reports tracking performance metrics across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Analyze pipeline trends, forecast data, and KPIs to surface insights and flag anomalies for leadership review.
  • Respond to ad hoc data requests from revenue team stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support alignment on shared operational processes and data standards.
  • Serve as a point of contact between revenue teams and finance for routine reporting and revenue data reconciliation.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders across departments, providing timely updates on data requests and project status.
  • 2–4 years' of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM — hands-on experience with data management, reporting, and basic administration required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfortable working with large data sets.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to summarize data findings for non-technical audiences.
  • Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and revenue operations.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo) or customer success tools.
  • Interest in or knowledge of the SaaS industry.

$84,000 - $90,700/year DOE

This position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver, CO office a minimum of 3 days a week.
