  Facilitate engaging STEAM activities for elementary students.

  Support hands-on, project-based learning in science, technology, engineering, art, and math.

  Assist students with activities involving creativity, design, technology, building, coding, robotics, or problem-solving.

  Help maintain a safe, organized, and positive learning environment.

• →

  Support teachers and campus leadership with STEAM-related lessons, events, and showcases.

• →

  Encourage student collaboration, curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.

• →

  Prepare materials, organize supplies, and assist with classroom setup and cleanup.

• →

  Provide support to students individually or in small groups.

• →

  Help monitor student engagement and communicate student needs to teachers or administrators.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Associate’s degree, college coursework, or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.

• Interest or experience in STEAM, technology, robotics, coding, engineering, art, or project-based learning preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work well with children and support a positive learning environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, creative, patient, and excited to help students learn through hands-on exploration. They should be comfortable supporting classroom activities, encouraging student participation, and helping bring STEAM learning to life.
