About the Role
~1 min readEstablished in 2010, our partner is an industry leader in marketing brand experiences + creating cultural relevance. Marketing is the art of telling a great story and they are some of the best storytellers in the business. They deliver experiences that are measured against excellence, from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →7–10 years of marketing experience, with 4+ years in field or experiential leadership roles
- →Experience overseeing spirit-based programming preferred
- →Proven experience managing teams across multiple regions and clients
- →Comfortable overseeing multi-million-dollar field budgets and staffing plans
- →Ability to build client and distributor relationships that foster program success
- →Experience training peers and subordinates while monitoring the team’s resulting output
- →Strong communication skills across presentations, reporting, and day-to-day updates
- →Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM and project management tools
- →Available for regular travel and weekend/night activations as needed
- →Background in spirits, CPG, or lifestyle brands preferred
- →This position is based in the Metro NYC area

Salary: $125,000 – $140,000 per year (based on experience, plus performance bonus)
