Developer Onboarding & Activation Manager

• Experience in product-led growth, developer activation, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or a closely related role.
• Demonstrated experience improving onboarding, activation, or self-service conversion for a SaaS or developer-focused product.
• Strong analytical skills, including funnel analysis, user segmentation, experimentation, and performance measurement.
• Experience using product analytics and A/B testing to guide decisions.
• Technical fluency and the ability to understand developer workflows, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to turn insights into practical product or onboarding improvements.
• Strong English communication skills and comfort working across distributed teams.

• Experience with API-first or developer infrastructure products.
• Familiarity with usage-based pricing and self-service monetisation.
• Experience with product analytics and experimentation tools.
• Knowledge of AI coding assistants, MCP, or AI-supported developer workflows.
