Band 6 - Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) - East Sussex

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and support.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community services.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress.

• Valid NMC registration.
• Proven experience in mental health nursing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of current legislation and best practices in mental health care.
