Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, HR management, Organizational Behavior or a similar field;

Preferably 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience (not a must have);

Proven analytical and writing skills in Bulgarian and English language, as well as ability to express oneself in a structured way. Second foreign language is a plus;

Ability to adapt to an intense and dynamic work environment and work in challenging circumstances;

Ability to work collaboratively in a team, proactively drive independent activities and coordinate more junior team members, where applicable;

Ability and willingness to lead client interviews and workshops autonomously;

Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint (knowledge on AI, project management and data analytics tools is considered as a plus);

Affinity to work in the Management Consulting field in the long run.
