SAP Concur Functional Consultant

In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated SAP Concur Functional Consultant to join our SAP team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your consulting and SAP Concur expertise while working alongside experienced professionals on local and international projects.

In this role, you will:

• Support the analysis of client business processes and requirements related to expense management and travel requests
• Participate in end-to-end SAP Concur implementation and support projects, from requirements gathering through testing, go-live, and post-go-live support
• Assist in workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions using SAP Concur Workbooks
• Learn to configure and support SAP Concur solutions, including:

Workflows 

Expense and Request modules 

Forms 

Audit and business rules 

Tax configurations 

Travel Allowance 

• Support system testing, defect analysis, and issue resolution 

• Assist with the preparation of client training materials, documentation, and solution walk-throughs 

• Work closely with senior consultants, project managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders 

• Support incident, change, and problem management activities 

• Help maintain high-quality project documentation, tickets, and deliverables 

• Follow SAP Concur implementation methodologies, standards, and best practices 

• Develop your ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders 

• Stay updated on SAP Concur features, releases, and product enhancements 

• Embrace opportunities to work across different industries, clients, and SAP solution areas 

• Actively participate in knowledge-sharing and continuous learning within the SAP team 

• Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or another relevant field

• An interest in SAP, enterprise applictions, business processes, and technology consulting

• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience; previous experience with SAP Concur, SAP, ERP solutions, consulting, finance processes, or IT support is considered an advantage

• Basic understanding of business processes, ideally related to travel, expenses, finance, accounting, or HR

• Exposure to SAP Concur Expense and/or Request is considered a strong advantage, but is not required

• Knowledge of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, SAP FI, or other SAP solutions is considered a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Good organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and interact professionally with clients

• A proactive mindset, curiosity, and motivation to develop functional and technical consulting skills

• Flexibility to work across different client environments and industries 

• SAP Concur certification is considered an advantage. Candidates will be encouraged to develop their SAP Concur knowledge and pursue relevant professional certifications as part of their development
