Operate the end-to-end reservations and events facilitation desk: scoping, RFQs, PO support in Fusion, lead-time management, exception routing to PD/DOA.
Govern preferred-hotel usage venue priority; track exceptions/approvals.
Run vendor performance reviews (rate adherence, availability, SLAs, guest feedback) and drive savings/benefits realization against BPA terms.
Maintain an annual demand/cost forecast; publish monthly MIS (lead times, fills, savings, NPS, exception log).
Ensure risk/audit readiness: document trails, policy controls (500k thresholds when outside BPAs), data accuracy.
Manage vendor relationships with hotel and venue portfolios across Qatar to always ensure best value for the organization and on time delivery of services irrespective of exigencies or black out dates.
Provide consultation and guidance to PD service acquisition team for any PRs within their purview relating to hotel specific requirements.

Bachelors in Hospitality/Hotel/Tourism/Business; Masters or professional membership preferred.
2-5 years of relevant full-time work experience in hotel/events procurement or reservations management with BPA governance and stakeholder management.
Strong commercial acumen, analytics/MIS, and vendor management; systems: MS Office, ERP (Fusion).
Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
