Assistant Manager - Corporate Operation Audit

·       Plan and manage end-to-end operational audits, including risk assessment, fieldwork, and reporting.

·       Supervise and review the work of junior team members to ensure quality and consistency.

·       Perform process walkthroughs, evaluate internal controls, and identify gaps or inefficiencies.

·       Draft audit reports highlighting key findings, root causes, and actionable recommendations.

·       Engage with business units to discuss audit observations and agree on practical action plans.

·       Monitor implementation of corrective actions and validate closure of findings.

·       Support the development of the annual risk-based audit plan through data and trend analysis.

·       Contribute to internal audit methodology enhancements and knowledge sharing within the team.

·       Ensure audits comply with the Global Internal Audit Standards (2025) and departmental quality requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  Professional certification such as CIA, CISA, or Lean Six Sigma required or in final stages of completion.
• minimum of 4 years' experience

• Ability to perform root cause analysis and develop value-added recommendations.
• Experience in supervising audits and reviewing working papers for accuracy and completeness.
