Director - Project Management - AG6

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director – Project Management to lead the delivery of large-scale, complex development projects from planning and execution through to final handover. Reporting to the Executive Director of Delivery, the role will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality, safety, and sustainability standards, while maintaining alignment with overall business objectives.

The successful candidate will bring extensive project management experience within large-scale development and construction environments, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects across the entertainment, leisure, or hospitality sectors. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and performance, while leading project teams to achieve successful delivery outcomes.

• →Lead and oversee all phases of project delivery, from initial planning and execution through to final handover.
• →Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource plans, risks, and key deliverables.
• →Coordinate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• →Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery objectives.
• →Prepare and present project progress and performance reports to senior management.
• →Ensure compliance with required safety regulations, quality standards, and sustainability practices.
• →Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing project environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of project management experience, particularly within large-scale development or construction projects.
• Proven experience leading complex projects within the entertainment, leisure, or hospitality sectors.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and delivery processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing project teams.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence and build effective relationships.
